LNP Production
Our LNP formulations are produced with particle size, polydispersity, and encapsulation efficiency values that meet the quality thresholds in the literature, and are functionally validated in cell culture.
Analysis and Characterization
The developed LNP formulations are evaluated in terms of critical quality characteristics such as particle size, polydispersity index (PDI), zeta potential, and encapsulation efficiency. The results are interpreted according to the formulation composition, production conditions, and application requirements. Representative analysis results are presented along with relevant measurement conditions and repeatability information.

Our Other Services
Our customers and partners can benefit from the following innovative solutions.
mRNA Production
IVT template preparation involves the synthesis of mRNA via T7 in vitro transcription, cap addition, and poly(A) tailing, followed by N1-methyl-pseudo-UTP modification. After purification, the concentration and integrity of the resulting mRNA are measured, and the dsRNA ratio is determined.

Support for Projects Submitted to Institutions
We supply custom-made LNP, mRNA, and sgRNA for projects you plan to carry out for institutions such as TÜBİTAK and TÜSEB.
Consulting for Pharmaceutical Companies
Leveraging our academic expertise and experience, we provide consulting services to pharmaceutical companies in areas such as licensing, R&D, project writing, and project execution.
.

Customized Solutions for Innovative Projects
